    I whole heatedly agree with this post; I’ve personally seen many cases where people’s psychological disturbances came from them eating unhealthy processed foods, and once they switched to a healthy natural diet many of the problems either disappeared, or were greatly reduced especially common ones like stress.
    However, I’ve also found that you normally need a physical movement component to alleviate stress, out of which Tai Chi has consistently been the best candidate (due to the fact the movements regulate and smooth the flow of the nervous system).
    By the same token however, the efficacy of Tai Chi as a stress reduction method is often largely dependent on a proper style and instructor being chosen. I recently read a very good post on the subject from a Tai Chi master, and I’d like to share it with you to help your goal to reduce the amount of stress in the world.
